How can I obtain a proof of delivery ?Tips for purchases

First, you need to log in on our website with your client number and your password. Then, you slide with your cursor to the top of the page, just above your basket, where you see the greeting "Hello & your name". Here, you click on the option “Order tracking”. You will see a list of all your orders. The most recent order is the first in ranking. Underneath the column “Status order” you can click on "GLS" or "Delivered". (If it is not possible to click on these options, you need to contact our customer service).

You will now arrive on the tracking page of the transport service. Next to the package number, you click on the small cross, in order to select all the package numbers. Then, you need to push on the button "Print" at the top of the page, on the right, to see/save the proof of delivery in PDF. For every package, the website will show you the signature.
