First, you need to log in on our website with your client number and your password. Then, you slide with your cursor to the top of the page, just above your basket, where you see the greeting « Hello & your name ». Here, you click on the option “Order tracking”. You will see a list of all your orders. The most recent order is the first in ranking. Underneath the column “Status order” you can click on “GLS” or “Delivered”. (If it is not possible to click on these options, you need to contact our customer service).
