Poor quality mechanism for tape cover
I bought LabelManager 210D 2 years ago and have printed no more than 15 times.
Unfortunately I am trying to use it and is not operating because as I noticed the tape cassette cover is connected with the print tape compartment via a poor quality mechanism that is was misplaced last time I opened the cover and now it's not operating. This means very poor quality!!! Could you please inform me if there is any service point in Greece where I could fix it or I just have to put it in the recycle bin?

They don't work
We also have had trouble with our 450 twin turbo since we got it. They tell us on the phone that they are hired by you and can't make it work better or give us a new one and good luck contacting you. Well this is my final effort. I want a working hand labelwriter like the one that quits working and someone to call me about the expensive one. We keep having to call in and change passwords to use the postage. It is ridiculous for what we paid for this machine. This is a law firm and I chose Dymo because we used it at my last job and all it did was labels and I loved it. But, we have had trouble getting this to do anything. I feel cheated.

Does what is advertised
I needed to make highly legible labels for several filing cabinets and the LabelManager 210D did a superlative job. I liked the way I could change font sizes to accommodate longer label text and still get it ti fit a Pendflex tab. Great product.

I have bought three of these machines and they all stopped working. I bought a different one this time and it stopped printing. Did everything to trouble shoot. Still want print. Buying another brand next time.
