The customized articles will not be delivered within the normal 24h. It goes without saying that we will do our utmost to shorten the delivery date as much as we can but if and when the articles are in stock you have to count for 7 - 12 working days. If you should need them urgentely please contact us by phone or by mail at info@jm-bruneau.be with as object 'PERSO' and we will study the different possibilities.
Files have to be delivered in the following formats:
- Vector EPS
- Tiff, JPG: for linear work (drawings) a minimum resolution of 600 dpi is required. For grayscales and lattices (pictures) a minimum resolution of 300 dpi is required.
- PDF format (highest quality) without compression
Projects delivered with a resolution of 72dpi or less are not suitable.
Appropiate programs :
- Adobe Illustrator
- Photoshop
- QuarkXpress
- InDesign
It is highly recommended to deliver the type of letters together with the project or to transform the text into contour points.
